• To provide full estimating support for a range of miscellaneous projects ranging from Conceptual Studies through to Detailed Design and Construction. Estimates shall include all elements of work encompassing: Offshore Plant/Pipelines, Onshore Plants/Pipelines, Infrastructure, Drilling and Export Systems. Additionally to support, review and oversee Contractors estimating for FEED and Execution of various work.
• To provide "in-house" estimating for project / contract changes, cost trending and historical data collation.
• To provide a full estimating services.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Estimating Data Bank reflecting European and Caspian norms
Engineering Degree or Diploma
Preferably 5 - 8 years plus relevant, depending on the individual, prior experience or additional training, job assignments, etc.
