Facilities Managers x7 across the Gulf Region
One of the largest retailers in the Middle East representing some of the largest brands in the world, is experiencing a period of rapid growth and requires experienced Facilities Managers to be based across the Gulf Region.
Reporting into the Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for the day to day facilities, maintenance and repairs for all retail stores, warehouses and offices. Specific responsibilities will include the management of SLA's, KPI's and the development of operational plans, processes and procedures to enhance retail operations.
The successful candidates will have a demonstrable track record in the management of Hard Services, Building Fabric or Project Management, with at least 5 years Retail experience being essential.
