With a degree in well engineering, petroleum engineering or an engineering-related subject, you’ll have a broad understanding of these disciplines and of managing office and well site rig teams in extreme and big-bore activities. The ability to manage HSE issues in a structured and systematic fashion is essential, as is a track record of delivering HTHP well activities. We’ll also look for:
· Responsible for the supervision, engineering, planning, and design for horizontal and unconventional/ HTHP drilling programs.
· A track record of delivering HTHP well activities
· A demonstrated drive for excellence in HSE
· A track record of understanding and applying WDP and rDtL practices
· The ability to lead a diverse team
· A commitment to staff development, mentoring and communication in a multi-cultural environment
· An awareness of the practice of project management, cost engineering and quality management
· A good understanding of logistics management.
